Caernarfon Castle Wales
Both Prince of Wales and then Edward 11 were born in this castle. The castle and nearby town are strikingly well preserved and crowds of tourists come each year. The castle was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1986. Located in the town of Caernarfon in North Wales, architecturally it's an impressive castle, which King Edward 1 used to fight and repress the Welsh and further his royal authority on Wales.
