Tintagel Castle Reconstruction



The remains of Tintagel Castle, belonging once to a very wealthy and ambitious Earl of Cornwall, Richard, brother of King Henry lll, is being reconstructed to appear how it may have looked in around 1240, including a controversial bridge costing about 8 million launched by English Heritage. The incredible modern steel and oak bridge is estimated to last for 120 years.
